Cancelation / Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that accidents can happen; you can cancel an order as long as it has not been sent out. Cancellations are eligible for store credit or the original payment method (the original payment method is subject to a 20% fee deducted from the order total plus shipping for restocking).

Return Policy:

Here at Backpack Attic LLC, we hope you love your purchases, but we understand that there are times when an item just doesn’t fit. We are happy to offer the following return policy:

Returns on unworn, unused items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item. We can be flexible regarding delays, etc.
If we detect any smells, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or blemishes on the item, it will be returned to you at your cost, and we will no longer accept returns from the purchaser.
Please note that any item that was sold on sale or with a promotional coupon is considered a Final Sale and is not returnable.
Shipping charges, both original and return, are the customer’s responsibilities.
Please do not send back an item without first receiving acknowledgment and approval from Backpack Attic LLC.
Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process. You will receive a tracking number for your records.

Defects and Damages:

Quality is important to Backpack Attic LLC. We try to ensure, prior to shipping, that there are no damaged goods. Please follow the following guidelines:

Inspect your items upon arrival. Check to ensure that any zipper works, opens, adjusts, snaps, etc. Your items might not have all these functions, but test out the functionality of your product.
Damage and defect claims are accepted within 5 days from receipt of the item ONLY.
Tags must be attached, and the item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.
To initiate a damaged or defective claim, please email backpackattic@gmail.com with the title “Damaged Claim.”
Damages and defects are eligible for a full return to the original payment method.
Send back damaged products promptly! Damaged items must be received within 14 days of receiving the Return Approval from Backpack Attic LLC.
Once the item has been used, we can no longer accept it back under damages and defects.
